Workshops and mass workout :
Workshops – $5 per workshop
Hatha posture clinic -$50 per clinic. $75 for 2 clinics on Sat and Sun

Mass work out -$10 per person. Note each mass workout participant will receive a goody bag. Please bring your own mat for the workout.

Classes are for free. 1 day advance booking required. First come first served basis
